What the affair says about them is not what you think it says about you.

Trust & Getting Close Again

This session covers what trust actually means after betrayal, why reassurance alone never works, and the real steps to rebuilding physical and emotional intimacy when your nervous system still remembers what happened. I'm Renelle Nelson - Certified Sex Therapist and Infidelity Recovery Strategist. I've spent over 14 years in the room with hundreds of individuals and couples navigating affairs, intimacy loss, and the long complicated road back to themselves.
But this work isn't just professional for me. I use my education and my own personal journey of betrayal and healing to show up in a way that most clinicians can't - because I've been on both sides of this conversation. I became the person I needed when I was going through it. That's why I do this.
I have spoken and trained nationally on infidelity and pleasure after betrayal.
